The 5th International Annual Meeting on STEM Education 2022 | STEM LIteracy for Sustainable Development

Our modern world has brought us to a series of societal and or environmental problems which urges everyone on this planet to live in a sustainable fashion. Education, including STEM education, has fundamental roles in Sustainable Development Goals implementation as the main driver of human development, and powerful tools of implementation across all the SDGs by serving as a vehicle to grow awareness, enhance knowledge, and build up capacity of the players around the world to show active roles to attain the 2030 Development Agenda. Together we are stronger in addressing the sustainability issue. Therefore, we proudly present International Annual Meeting on STEM Education (IAMSTEM) 2022 with the theme “STEM Literacy for Sustainable Development Goal”.

 The event is organized by the faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Universitas Negeri Malang, Indonesia, supported by co-organizers from National Taiwan Normal University (NTNU), Taiwan;  Khon Kaen University, Thailand; Mindanao State University–Iligan Institute of Technology, the Philippines; Curtin University, Australia; Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, Malaysia.

 The IAMSTEM 2022 will be conducted in hybrid mode on August, 5-6, so feel free to choose to attend the event virtually or in-person. If you would like to join the meeting directly in Malang city, we offer a field trip to Bromo crater, one of the most beautiful active volcanos in Indonesia, on August 7. Looking forward to seeing you at the IAM STEM 2022.
