Research & Development Supervisor (R&D SpV) 

Responsibilities :

• To be able to give clear direction to the team regarding prioritising key developments, formulation and guidance on the products 

• Formulate product prototypes and evaluate them for chemical and physical properties, performance, and stability. 

• Develop new formulations for different personal care products, cosmetics. 

• Improve current formulations of products when needed. 

• Research product formulations and properties of raw materials. 

• Develop new products and improve functioning of existing products 

Qualification :

• Bachelor degree pharmacy or chemistry 

• Minimum 2-3 years research and development experience preferred in Personal care & Home care 

• Expertise in Personal Care, Beauty/Cosmetics Industry (FMCG) 

• Excellent communication skills. 

• Experience with project management.
