Eligibility

• Citizen of an ASEAN country and non-Singapore-based;
• Possess a Ph.D. degree and is working/have a confirmed job offer in a public-sector entity in home country;
• Not more than 40 years old at time of application; and
• Fluent in written and spoken in English

Benefits

• Monthly stipend ranging from S$4,000 - 6,500
