HPC Summer School 2024: Foundation in Computational Biomolecular and Biosystem Research

BRIN and APCTP will organize HPC Summer School 2024: Foundation in Computational Biomolecular and Biosystem Research aims to provides a platform of collaboration between researchers in the field of biomolecular and biosystem research. It also could gather new talents in the field. The school program would be 3 days hands-on session covering building/developing computing infrastructure for biomolecular biosystem research, and planning, executing, and analyzing biomolecular/biosystem simulation. 

The program covers several topics of basic HPC usage, optimization of HPC infrastructure for biomolecular research, data management on HPC, and workflows for biomolecular research. Target audience of the school are early career of researchers or students on high-performance computing infrastructure for biomolecular and biosystem simulation for modeling biomolecular systems in life sciences.        

 This event will be organized in collaboration of National Research and Innovation Agency (BRIN) and Asia Pacific Center for Theoritical Physic (APCTP) on
October 8-10, 2024
Time: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
at K.S.T Soekarno, Cibinong, Bogor, Jawa Barat.
